Our Covid-19 Conditions

 

Caring for those in our space has always been our highest priority, and now more than ever we want you to feel taken care of. 

 

We are approaching our services with the glitter scenario - you touch glitter and then boom, it’s everywhere. Above our usual impeccable hygiene standards, we’ve introduced elevated measures to ensure that we’re doing absolutely everything we can to keep you, our team, and our community safe. 

 

The power is literally in our hands. 

 

 

What we’re asking on your end:

 

  1. Please wash your hands and sanitise upon arrival. Feel free to head straight to your fave pink sink before taking a seat.

  2. If you are unwell and displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Our 24 hour cancellation policy still applies, so please get in contact as soon as possible. 

  3. If you have been in contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms or anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment, please reschedule your appointment.

  4. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. 

  5. Please use contactless payment whenever possible. 

  6. Please avoid touching your phone or personal items during your appointment.

  7. Nail clients - please have a look at our Nail Art Menus and Instagram before your appointment as we will be limiting touch points, including use of our iPad and handling of gel polish colour samples. We are introducing a new way of viewing our menus very soon.

  8. Give us plenty of air hugs - distanced air hugs. 

 

 

What we’re doing on our end:

  1. Increased cleaning and sanitising between each client. In addition to usual cleaning and sanitising of tools and hands, we will also be wiping down every polish or product bottle used during your appointment. 

  2. Increased cleaning and sanitising of surfaces including chairs, hand rails, handles, benches etc.

  3. We will be temperature checking all clients on arrival.

  4. We will be keeping record of every person who enters the studio.

  5. Any sick team members will be required to stay home. 

  6. We will reschedule appointments for anyone displaying any COVID-19 symptoms.

  7. We will provide clear signage and have re-arranged furniture to comply with distancing requirements in our waiting and treatment areas. 

  8. Above all we are understanding. We know this is a strange time for everyone and we are all just trying to do the right thing. If you are unsure of anything or would like to get in touch, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
