All our nails are done using gel polish on natural nails only. We do not offer acrylics, SNS, hard gels, BIAB or regular nail polish. For quality and hygiene control, we are unable to use product brought in by clients and do not remove products from other salons.

We use soft, manual filing techniques ensuring the safest manicure with your nail health as our number one priority. Our look book is designed to be used as a guide for entire sets - not individual nail art. Adaptations of the above designs may fall into a different tier. For example: 2 feature nails with hand painted stars falls under Tier 1; whereas a full set of hand painted stars will fall under Tier 2 or 3 (depending on the size/amount of stars, amount of colours used etc.) Aspects of a design such as colours and sizing can affect the complexity of the whole set (one small star on every nail is less complex than multiple mixed sized stars on every nail).

We really want your new manicure to last well on you!
If you experience chipping or lifting within 72 hours following your appointment time, we will be more than happy to repair the issue/s free of charge. To qualify for our Repair Guarantee we must be contacted within the 72 hours. You can also book a nail repair online; if doing this, please also follow with an email with photos and a description of the issue. Our guarantee applies if it is an application fault of our own or if 1-2 nails have chipped. If there is an issue with more than 2 nails or if you can't find a suitable time online, please send us an email.
While we always take the utmost care in ensuring our application is free of fault, we are humans and on the odd occasion there can be technical issues with our colours, LED lamps etc. It is also imperative that our aftercare advice is followed, please see below.
Manicure and pedicure aftercare.
In order to get the most out of your gel polish manicure, it's important to follow the below aftercare precautions:
+ avoid hot showers
For best results and to increase the longevity of your manicure, we advise not to shower after your appointment and showering the morning of instead.
+ don't wash your hair
Do not wash your hair for the next 24 hours. Excessive water exposure can cause premature lifting.
+ don't wash dishes/expose nails to cleaning products
Do not do any form of cleaning that involves soaking of your hands and/or harsh chemicals (including if you wear gloves) in the first 24 hours. After this, gloves MUST be worn, but be cautious that chemicals and heat can still be trapped in gloves and therefore affect your gel polish.
+ avoid products that can stain
Avoid products that can stain your nails and do not expose your nails to these products (especially if you have a light colour). These products include, but are not limited to: purple shampoo, turmeric/strong coloured spices, dyes, dark denim, dark/unwashed clothing.
+ don't pick or scratch at anything
This includes (but is not limited to): key rings, stickers/labels, containers, jewellery clasps.
+ never ever EVER pick off/peel your gel polish
Any incorrect removal will cause damage to your natural nail.
Nails are not indestructible, and it is normal for them to start chipping/lifting/breaking when they grow to a certain point. Our aim is to work with you to find a manageable length that suits you and your lifestyle.
Our gel polish on average lasts our clients 2-4 weeks, whilst some clients can last 4-6 weeks. The longevity ultimately depends on your lifestyle, occupation and aftercare. We will not be liable for any damage to the nails caused by not following our aftercare advice or by a fault not of our own/regular wear + tear. If we find that repairs are needed on a regular basis, we will advise whether gel polish is suitable for you and if needed, we will happily recommend other local artists who use stronger products.
